🔹직책: 블루베리 수확자
🔹근무 기간: 2025년 11월 초 ~ 2026년 1월 초 (완료 후 Tasmania Cherry Hourly Farm으로 직접 이전됩니다.)
🔹급여: 성과급, $2.50-$4.00/kg
🔹근무 시간: 하루 약 7-9시간, 매일 근무 가능
모두가 성과급에 부담을 느끼시겠지만, 스트레스는 덜합니다. "하지 않으면 아무것도 얻지 못한다"는 말은 사실이지만, 경험이 없으신 분들도 저희 팀이 최선을 다해 가르쳐 드리고 빠르게 적응할 수 있도록 도와드리겠습니다. 이곳에서 경험을 쌓고 친구들을 사귈 수도 있습니다. 블루베리는 비교적 쉽게 시작할 수 있어 농장 생활의 첫걸음으로 좋습니다. 경험이 풍부하고 열정적인 농부분들도 환영합니다!

📍Location: Renmark, SA 5341
Accommodation available, $150-160/person
Piece rate: $2.5-$4/kg
👉100% flat land blueberry farm! The fruit is in excellent condition!!
🔹Position: Blueberry Picker
🔹Employment Period: Early November 2025 to Early January 2026 (Upon completion, transfer directly to Tasmania Cherry Hourly Farm)
🔹Salary: Piecework, $2.50-$4.00/kg
🔹Work Hours: Approximately 7-9 hours per day, available every day
I'm sure everyone is intimidated by piecework, but it's less stressful. It's true that the saying "if you don't do it, you'll get nothing" is true, but if you have no experience, our team will do their best to teach you and get you up to speed quickly. You can also gain experience and make friends here. Blueberries are relatively easy to get started with, making them a great first step on the farm. Experienced and eager farmers are also welcome to join us and earn some money!
