We are looking for a production Manager to join our team:

If you have hospitality or chef/kitchen experience please apply. You do not need Donut or baking/pastry experience to apply. All training is provided on the job. Leadership experience is preferred.

Start times begin at 4:00pm, up to full time hours available. Hours, days flexible, we are open 7 days and located centrally in Pyrmont.

What you'll be doing:

Donut, cupcake and cookie glazing and decorating
Packing orders and preparing for despatch
Managing staff
Managing quality control in production
Placing orders and managing stock
Next day prep and set up
Maintaining high level of cleanliness and hygiene standards
Working in a team to achieve production schedule deadlines


Who we're looking for:

Works well in a team
Positive attitude
Is reliable and can work unsupervised
If you are on a student visa we will only be able to offer a maximum of 24 hours per week and you are welcome to apply.
