We are looking for an experienced Sandwich Artist and Food Handler to join our team. Our busy cafe is located at Cronulla Beach and sells a wide variety of Sandwiches, wraps, home made paelo food and treats.

You will be responsible for working independently in your own section and contributing to a smooth running of the cafe while always observing best practice in food hygiene and health and safety procedures.

This very busy cafe is open 7 days from 6am-4.30pm (closed Christmas Day) we require availability weekends and availability to start asap and work throughout Summer.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Food & Beverage

Prepare food items according to hygiene and safety standards.
Prepare food items according to recipe standards.
Clean all equipment and tools used to prepare food items.
Learn all food items, including portion control on the menu.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

Have at least 1 years experience in the kitchen.
Fully understand how consistency and reliability are key requirements.
Maintain a strong sense of urgency, good MIS EN PLACE and attention to detail.
Communicate, clearly, professionally and concisely.

Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
