We are a neighbour friendly café situated in bustling Fitzroy. Addict food and coffee is all about good coffee, good food and friendly staff. We are looking for a Barista / All round who is hard working, clean and organized. Most importantly, be passionate about what you do.
Tasks & responsibilities
Opening duties, dialling in, setting grinds, prepping the section, taste testing and adjustment
Managing the section solo on quiet days, working in a team on weekends
Maintaining consistency on shots, with timing, and simple yet sharp latte art
Providing excellent customer service
Operating the register and POS
Performing close duties
Supporting manager training of other staff
Qualifications & experience
Minimum 3 years in a similar role, in a high paced, quality focused establishment
Good people skills
Have work rights in Australia
