Little Havana Sandwiches is calling a for a passionate and enthusiatic cook to help lead and develop our team with expanding venues throughout Melbourne. Little Havana is a passion project from the people behind Atlas Dining and Undercover Roasters, inspired by the delectable Miami Cuban Sandwiches
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
• Sandwich and salad preparation, cooking, plating, presentation
- Ability to continuately be consistent in presentation and methods
• Adhering to health and safety codes
• Keeping up of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:
• Accountability
• 1or 2 years experience in a similar role
• Can-do attitude
• Ability to work with focus, consistency and a sense of urgency during busy periods
• Team player
-someone not afraid to interact with customers
