Mejico is looking for an ambitious, reliable, and energetic Kitchen Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient and sanitary operation of our kitchen area.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store food items, while adhering to food safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times by washing dishes, sweeping the kitchen floor, and organizing food items.
Assist with food preparation and production as needed.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures during food handling and storage.
Requirements:

Relevant work experience in a kitchen environment preferred
Ability to use kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and grills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
