It started in a Melbourne cafe in 2008 with a simple idea: keep it and use it again. We designed and made a barista standard reusable cup for people to enjoy better coffee on the go. Today KeepCup is embraced all over the world and our users (or reusers) divert millions of disposable cups daily.
Our mission is to inspire the world to reduce and reuse. We do this by:
Creating beautiful products that celebrate the love of good coffee on the go.
Empowering people with practical knowledge to inspire environmentally aware behaviour.
Supporting innovation and enabling communities to promote reuse, whilst reducing waste.
POSITION SUMMARY
Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting the fulfilment of orders through timely and accurate assembly and pick and pack.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete tasks as assigned by Supervisor:
• Assembly
• Pick and pack of order
Monitor quality of product, assembly, and orders
Follow product waste collection and recycling procedures
Complete relevant safety and cleaning checklists
Maintain a neat and tidy workspace
Uphold workplace health and safety standards
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Positive, with a problem-solving mindset
Proactive, adaptable and open to change
Appreciative of difference and the value it creates
Articulate communicator
Aligned with KeepCup’s mission and values
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Minimum 2 years warehouse experience.
Physically fit to handle high volume of assembly work.
Experience with an ecommerce retail brand would be an advantage.
