저희 고객사인 inner west 시드니에 위치한 대기업 호주 법인에서 Warehouse Computer Technician (Hardware and Software) 를 구인하고 있습니다.
경력자뿐만 아니라 경력이 없는 졸업자분도 지원 가능하니 아래

1. 구인정보
*Position: Warehouse Computer Technician
*근무조건: Full time (8:30 – 5:00 Monday to Friday)
*급여: A$60K- $6.5K plus superannuation (경력에 따라 협의)
*근무: 채용 직후 시작 가능
*근무지: Sydney Inner west
2.채용 조건: (아래 상세 구인 조건 참조)
* 영어: 영어로 고객사 상대할 비즈니스 회화 가능자
* 학력: Degree in Information Technology or Logistics
혹은 동등한 경력소지자
* 경력: 1년 이상 경력자 우대하나 경력이 없는 전공 졸업자도
지원 가능
* 비자: 호주내 법적 풀타임 근무 가능자
(영주권 이상 소지자 선호 & 졸업생 비자 지원 가능)
3.업무 내역:
The duties and responsibilities of your position are; (but not limited to):
1. * Installing hardware and software requirements for a leading supplier in the finance sector, before they are dispatched to the end users
2. * Following customer SOP’s for hardware and software configuration (PCs, servers and routers), testing, repairs etc
3. * Ensuring supply chain management - receipt of stock, inspection and storage, stock takes, order receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory management update
4. * Arranging transport to meet customer delivery time requirements
5. * Undertaking SCM activities to meet relevant operational procedures, regulation and maintenance of facilities and cost analysis and internal reports preparation
6. * Ensuring smooth operation and preparing internal reports of inventory etc. to management and external customers
7. * Customer care and excellent communication and use system to respond within agreed timeframe
8. * Undertaking other ad hoc duties as required
9. * Willing to learn and further enhance your skills in hardware/software in a 3PL environment
10. For this role, you will have:
11. * A variety of technical aspects both in hardware and software (PCs, servers, routers etc) and related skills and experiences (Tools provided)
12. * Ability to multi task and juggle between multiple projects
13. * A minimum of one year relevant experience in hardware/software handling, data management, customer services or administration role in logistics
14. * Inventory management skills and picking/packing (using devices such as PDA) experiences
15. * Well-presented email communication, fast and accurate responding skills
16. * Native or high proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
17. * Strong MS Excel, Word, Outlook skills
18. * A proactive “can-do” attitude, problem-solving abilities and excellent customer care
19. * Work with our growing team in Newington industrial area, Sydney.
