규모는 250석이고 옆에 waterslide 펍과 같이 운영하고 있습니다.

Busy Italian restaurant in Southbank is looking foran experienced chefs
About the Role
You will be involvedin all aspects of a large, functional kitchen.We are looking for an experienced Chef or an experienced cook with a critical eye for detail,team leading skill and willing to maintain the integrity of an authenticItalian menu. Best of all, we are looking for a chef or cook who can bring their ownideas to the venue. This is a long term role, and is perfect for someone wanting to work hard and prove their ability.
About the Company
Beautiful and wellappointed, this venue is set in a prime city location. Family friendly and a favouriteamong the local community and tourists alike, this well-established companycaters for a wide range of customers, featuring a main restaurant bar, cocktailbar, outdoor deck area and function facilities.
Skills and Experience
Experience in a fastpaced Italian or Western cuisine restaurant is essential.
·Must have good communication skill in English
·Able to multi task and priorities
·Team player
·Must be experienced in pan, grill, cold ladder or pizza section
·Ability to commit to a long term role
·A passion to produce great quality food
