We have an outstanding opportunity for an assistant project manager and Supervisor to join our LAHC team based in Sydney office, working closely with contractors and the teams with the guidance of a project manager.

●Tasks & responsibilities

→ Liaising with project managers and trades to ensure smooth running of projects
→ Answering phone calls and email
→ Organising tasks and preparing job schedules
→ Valid drivers licence & own vehicle
→ Use of Microsoft software and other applications
→ Reporting work progress to clients


●Qualifications & experience

→ Attention to details
→ Good personal skills & presentation
→ Excellent verbal and written skills
→ Excellent time management skills
→ Able to work with small teams or individually
→ Experience in similar role, tertiary qualification in project management or a related field would be beneficial
→ NSW Driver licence
