Hi, we are a young family looking for female share mates or homestays.

The house is spacious with 799m2 land, 100m2 ground floor and 130m2 first floor.

The house is located around 8.5km north of the Brisbane CBD and it takes around 20 to 30 minutes by bus to city.

You can see the beautiful nature and the Kedron brook from the verandah which is relaxing and healing.

There is a small shopping complex with a Woolworths in 10 minutes walk.

The Everton Park Plaza (eat street with various restaurants and cafes) is 15 minutes away by foot and this may offer entertainment as well as various job opportunities.

The new public library is also 15 minutes away by foot which offers various services such as book lending, study space, Wi-Fi, printing and many more.


My family include myself (working part time, studying part time and raising a child), my husband ( working full time and raising a child), and a two-year-old daughter who is busy growing and playing.

My family will be mainly using the ground floor and share mates/homestay people will be mainly using the first floor.

Both levels have a toilet, a bathroom, living areas, a kitchen and a laundry which allows independent living.

We hold a current blue card (government issued working with children check).

Accommodate options are as below.

- share: own room(240p/w, bond600), master room - shared bathroom (for 1 person 280p/w bond 700, for 2 people 360p/w bond 800), minimum stay 4 weeks, 2weeks notice, towels/toilet rolls/basic cleaning products are provided, cooking utensils/plates/cutlery are provided

- homestay: 330 p/w, bond $800, minimum stay 8 weeks, 2weeks notice, 3meals a day, weekly fresh towel/linen, information/guide on various local services, general information/advice are provided.
