I’m looking for a female share mate for own room in Parap (Drysdale st.) Very close to Parap market.

It’s 2 bed 2 bath apartment, so you can use a room and bathroom by yourself.
Parking available in the apartment.

I relocated from VIC this week, so rented this property all the furniture is new.
new mattress and new bed and so on.
The room has air conditioning.
I’m happy to get more furniture if you need.

I’m working full time and 5-6days a week. So the house should be very quiet.
Prefer person who is tidy and clean.

$230 per week including bills. Minimum stay 2 month. (It’s negotiable)
