저희 집에 있는 가구를 최대한 모두 다 팔고 가는게 목표이기 때문에, 그러실 용의가 있으신 분께
넘기면 좋겠다고 생각합니다. 하지만, 이 부분에선 부담가지지 말고 편하게 연락주세요.

모든 가구가 다 갖춰져 있기 때문에, 따로 가구구매, 조립, 설치가 힘드시고 바로 입주하시는 분들에게 좋은 옵션이 될 것 같습니다.

이 외 시티 직행 버스, 쇼핑센터, 메트로 스테이션이 모두 가깝게 위치해있습니다.

Hi guys.

I am looking for someone to take over my current unit rent in Castle hill, which is 7 mins walk from the metro station. I am moving out due to interstate relocation.

Basically, it's 2 bedrooms + 1 study room, which may be used as a bedroom as well, 2 bathrooms + 2 parking spots. The living room is pretty spacious and I am pretty sure that such a condition cannot be easily met with a limited budget of $610 somewhere else.

We are considering December as the desired moving-out date but can be flexible up to your request.

Other than that, we got all furniture on our own, including many of the things you might need, such as a sofa, bed, table, chairs, cutlery, plates, cups, refrigerator, washing machine, and etc. We will try to sell as many as possible so your interest in it would be highly regarded.

Basically, our unit is close to a shopping centre, metro station, and bus station, which has an express bus with approximately 40 mins to the city.
