**Location:** 
5-minute walk from Lidcombe Station, 10-minute walk to Lidcombe Shopping Centre, and next to Dong Bo Sung restaurant. 

**Available Move-in Date:** 
4th Jan

We’re looking for a new sharemate as our current one is moving due to job relocation. We prefer someone who is clean and has basic manners. 

The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to all amenities and public transport. If you have a car, street parking is available nearby. 

**Living Situation:** 
Including you, there will be four people in total. The apartment has two levels. Three people stay on the second floor, and the living room (your space) is separate, ensuring privacy and without noise. Everyone is out most of the day for work, so you’ll rarely run into others. 

**What's Included:** 
All bills are included (no extra fees), and the place is fully equipped. It’s even cleaner and more spacious than it looks in the pictures, and we recently got a new bed for new sharemate. 

**Terms:** 
- Minimum stay : 3 mths
- 2 weeks’ bond, 2 weeks’ notice, and a $100 key deposit (refundable unless lost).
